What’s Included

Beautifully Styled Charm Bar Display:
A thoughtfully styled Charm Bar display on a 6-foot table, designed to showcase your embellishments and complement your celebration.

Neutral Backdrop + Tablecloth:
Every Charm Bar includes a neutral backdrop and tablecloth, creating a polished, cohesive foundation for the display.

Indoor or Outdoor Setup:
The standard Charm Bar can be set up indoors or outdoors, giving you flexibility to choose the location that works best for your celebration.

Everything You Need to Create: Your choice of base and finish, a variety of charms, jewelry pliers and all the tools neded to bring your vision to life. Guests can add as many charms to their creation as they want.

Take-Home Jewelry Bags: Small organza bags for each guest to take home their creation.

Setup + Breakdown: We'll handle setup before your celebration and return after the event to break everything down.

  • Why choose just one? Give your guests the option to create more than one keepsake. Choose additional bases from our collection so guests can create a combination of personalized pieces.

    +$16–$32 per guest, per additional creation. Final pricing varies based on the additional creation selected.

  • A charm collection chosen with your celebration in mind. We’ll hand-select a cohesive assortment of charms inspired by your colors, theme, or overall aesthetic, creating a personalized collection for your guests to mix, match, and make their own.

    +$50–$150 per event. Final pricing varies based on the level of customization and charm selection.

  • Take your Charm Bar beyond the standard display and make it part of the celebration. Every Charm Bar includes a 6-foot table, neutral backdrop and tablecloth, neutral tabletop décor, and everything guests need to create their keepsakes. The standard setup can be placed indoors or outdoors, giving guests the flexibility to grab their charms and move wherever they'd like to create.

    Want something more customized? With Full Table Styling, we'll transform a dining table, console, kitchen island, or other designated space into a fully styled Charm Bar experience. We'll coordinate the backdrop, table linens, tabletop décor, decorative accents, guest trays, tools, and supplies around your celebration's colors, theme, and overall aesthetic.

    +$150–$300 per event. Final pricing varies based on the space, styling details, and level of customization.

Every Charm Bar begins with a $350 Base Experience Fee. This covers the beautifully styled Charm Bar, delivery, setup, and breakdown. From there, your final price is customized based on the creation selected, final guest count, and any optional plus-ups.

Choose Your Creation

  • - Wine Glass Markers: Each guest can create up to four personalized wine glass markers using 25mm marker rings and a selection of charms to mix and match. $16 per guest.

    - Bag Charms / Keychains: Each guest can create up to three personalized bag charms or keychains, with a selection of U-screw, lobster claw, and paracord bases to choose from. Each guest will have the opportunity to create one of each style, then personalize them with their favorite charms. Please note that the paracord keychains come in a variety of neutral colors by default, including black, brown, and pink tones. Want to coordinate with your celebration? Upgrade to a Curated Charm Edit to select paracord colors and other details that match your event's theme. $28 per guest.

    - Bracelets: Each guest can create up to two personalized charm bracelets, featuring a 6.3-inch bracelet with a 2-inch extender chain and their choice of charms. $28 per guest.

    - Necklaces: Each guest can create up to two personalized charm necklaces, featuring an 18-inch necklace with a 2-inch extender chain and their choice of charms. $32 per guest.
