A beautifully styled scrapbooking experience where guests create a keepsake filled with photos, personal details, and creative touches from the celebration. At the end of the celebration, everyone leaves with a one-of-a-kind keepsake filled with memories they can revisit long after the day is over.

Each guest receives a scrapbook and access to a curated collection of papers, embellishments, stickers, ribbons, and vintage-inspired details to make their pages uniquely theirs. Instant cameras and film are included, giving guests the chance to capture moments throughout the celebration and add them to their scrapbook as the memories happen.

How It Works

01 — Choose Your Scrapbook:
Choose the scrapbook color you'd like for your celebration. Each guest will receive an 8x8 scrapbook to fill with memories from the day.

02 — Tell Us About Your Guests:
Let us know your final guest count. We'll prepare each guest's scrapbook, creative supplies, and everything they'll need to get started.

03 — We Style It:
We'll arrive before your celebration and transform your Scrap Bar into a beautifully styled part of the event.

04 — Capture And Create:
Guests use the instant cameras to capture moments throughout the celebration, then bring their photos, favorite details, and creativity together to create their scrapbook.

05— Make It Yours:
Add photos, papers, embellishments, ribbons, stickers, and personal touches to create pages filled with memories from the celebration.

06 — We’ll Handle The Rest:
After the event, we'll return to collect and break down the Scrap Bar.

What’s Included

Beautifully Styled Scrap Bar Display:
A thoughtfully styled Scrap Bar display on a 6-foot table, designed to showcase your embellishments and complement your celebration.

Neutral Backdrop + Tablecloth:
Every Scrap Bar includes a neutral backdrop and tablecloth, creating a polished, cohesive foundation for the display.

Indoor or Outdoor Setup:
The standard Scrap Bar can be set up indoors or outdoors, giving you flexibility to choose the location that works best for your celebration.

Instant Cameras + Film:
Two instant cameras and film are included so guests can capture moments throughout the celebration and add their photos to their scrapbook as the memories happen.

Curated Scrapbooking Collection:
A thoughtfully selected assortment of decorative papers, stickers, die-cuts, ribbons, washi tape, journaling cards, and other embellishments for guests to mix, layer, and personalize their pages.

Everything You Need to Create:
All necessary scissors, adhesives, pens, markers, photo corners, and other creative supplies for guests to build their scrapbook.

Setup + Breakdown:
We'll handle setup before your celebration and return after the event to break everything down.

  • Make the Scrap Bar feel like it was designed for your celebration. We’ll curate a cohesive collection of papers, embellishments, stickers, ribbons, and decorative details inspired by your colors, theme, or overall aesthetic. Choose a curated emphasis on florals, vintage details, bows, coastal elements, travel-inspired pieces, holiday motifs, or other design details to give your guests a more personalized collection to create with.

    +$50–$150 per event. Final pricing varies based on the level of customization and materials selected.

  • Take your Scrap Bar beyond the standard display and make it part of the celebration. Every Scrap Bar includes a 6-foot table, neutral backdrop and tablecloth, neutral tabletop décor, and everything guests need to create their keepsakes. The standard setup can be placed indoors or outdoors, giving guests the flexibility to grab their embellishments and move wherever they'd like to create.

    Want something more customized? With Full Table Styling, we'll transform a dining table, console, kitchen island, or other designated space into a fully styled Scrap Bar experience. We'll coordinate the backdrop, table linens, tabletop décor, decorative accents, guest trays, tools, and supplies around your celebration's colors, theme, and overall aesthetic.

    +$150–$300 per event. Final pricing varies based on the space, styling details, and level of customization.

Every Scrap Bar begins with a $350 Base Experience Fee. This covers the beautifully styled Scrap Bar display, delivery, setup, and breakdown. At $15 per guest, event attendees will each receive an 8x8 scrapbook and access to a curated assortment of papers, stickers, ribbons, washi tape, die-cuts, journaling cards, and decorative embellishments to mix, match, and create their own pages. From there, your final price is customized based on tguest count and any optional plus-ups.
